  • Dial Your Meal is a food delivers website operated company by Dial Your Meal.
  • Dial Your Meal is a business where the food is prepared by the restaurants (our Partner Restaurants) and delivered by us.
  • Our aim is to provide you the best delivery service possible and deliver the meal within 45 minutes. Unfortunately things do not always go to plan and factors, such as traffic conditions and weather. The timing of your order is also determined by taking into account the circumstances being faced by the Partner Restaurant at that time.
  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after processing. Please ensure that you provide an accurate address and telephone number to ensure that your meals arrive to the correct location. If you do not open the door or respond to telephonic correspondence within 10 minutes of our delivery drivers physically reaching your address, we reserve the right to leave the premises, and you will be charged for the meal.
  • For suburbs more than 10kms from City Park (Launceston) we recommend pre-booking your order or the delivery time might exceed the normal delivery time i.e. 60 minutes.
  • The price of the meals are listed on our website. Prices include GST. Prices are liable to change at any time. Payment is made directly to Dial Your Meal and is subsequently passed to the Partner Restaurant’s on weekly basis. We are authorized by our Partner Restaurants to accept payment on their behalf and will discharge your obligations to pay such price to the Partner Restaurant.
  • Dial Your Meal will not accept responsibility or liability for any illness, injury, food allergies or symptoms you may incur from using this service. If you do suffer food allergies, or you do not want certain food items to be added with your meal, you must inform at the time of placing your order. We cannot help you once the food has been placed with the restaurant.
  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any group or individuals who are either abusive or intoxicated.
  • Any customers who ordered their meals through Dial Your Meal, then refuses to pay once delivered will have their details immediately forwarded onto Police and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
  • Dial Your Meal has a strict no returns and no refunds policy on all deliveries. If you are not happy with the food you have ordered, you can contact the restaurant directly to make a complaint.
  • Dial Your Meal may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make.
